Support Services Manager - Dermatology Associates, a leading dermatology practice in the Tri-Cities region (Bristol, Kingsport and Johnson City), is currently seeking a full-time Support Services Manager. This position reports to the CEO and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the support services team, providing coding consultative services to all of our providers, and serving as the practice Compliance Officer. The successful candidate is required to have an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Care Administration, CPT/ICD-10 coding certification and insurance claims processing experience. The candidate should also have a minimum of five to seven years’ experience in a medical office setting, two to three years in a supervisory or management position and experience using a practice management system.
